How about more than just hats? Like, 4th's Scarf (properly modeled not the DM one) or one of the shirts from the SWD Store.

5. Im not 100% sure if other armour pieces are do able put a Proton pack for the Chest piece would be cool also if that is do able Fallout Power armour (I cant stress it enough idk if that is possible xD)

Some non-hat items I came up with: Vortex Manipulator, wrist watch, Third Doctor's cape, and a sonic screwdriver utility belt (a belt with different sonic screwdrivers attached to it, that way you always have one handy  ).

You Should add in Shovel Knight's Helmet, The Tick's Mask, and maybe Deadpool's Mask

 Well a TARDIS so u can actually use real money to buy them instead of 400 Credits

 I'm pretty sure a fully working TARDIS for real life money is against EULA regulations.
