You Guys remember The Witch's Familiar an episode in season 9 of doctor who (reboot). 

So after watching that I thought that it would be cool is if you kill a Dalek there is a 40% or 30% chance to drop Dalek body parts  now what would be cool since this crafting recipe is not used as if now that it would craft a Dalek shell (note if this is gonna get added to the game then its gonna need 2 computer chips). This Dalek shell you can enter then to close the casing you just press b and to move is of course WASD and to shoot you just left click and to speak is your press y and say exterminate the Dalek will say this or just press n and the Dalek will say something random.

Also it would be cool if it could fly with space.

What would be cool is that if you kill a Dalek the body parts fall of  of an classic Dalek and with crystals chips and some rice pudding you can upgrade it to the next classic Dalek until the Paradigm Daleks and with a Dalek upgrading station you can give it colour forcefield strength, power of weapon, if the plunger is an laser gutter or a claw. after a while the power will run out so you need to put an solar panel down to power it (also when your in the Dalek you can then see what and how a dalek sees so with an blue hud) when its powers up it will make a Mac computer starting or a windows computer starting.

when your in this Dalek other Daleks will think your a Dalek and just follow you or ignores you and when your out of power it will place solar panel for you but when you exit il just say YOU WILL BE EXTERMINATED EXTERMINATE!!!!!!!!

This falls into the category of suggestions which have been oversuggested tbh. However player controlled shells eventually become implemented, I'm looking forward to seeing them in the future.

By the way, I recommend adding more detail. Many posts have covered the exact same thing but also added some unique things specific to their suggestion. I remember seeing one in the past that involved an upgrade tree of some sort for example (I think it was Wodaman01 or Doe_Killer).

I like this idea, but maybe you can also have it so that when you say something in chat while inside the shell the Dalek shell could actually say it out loud if you don't want it to say something random. Just an idea. :) Either way, this has my support.

Very interesting The Witch's Familiar  was my favorite episode until I watched Hell Bent so I love this idea and has my support also there should be dalek sewers where you can find an empty dalek suit to ride!

Anyway, this ride-able Dalek stuff has been discussed before. It'll probably be added at some point in some form.

I mean, you can ride a dalek on DMU with /mount if you own a rank with the permission to do the command.
