With all the development going for the 1.16 release of the Dalek Mod I though it would be a good idea to present my idea for a better implementation of Metalert, currently Metalert acts as it's own set crafted normally with it's ingots, but what if in 1.16 you could make more use of the smithing table (which currently is only used for netherite) by making Metalert a Netherite alternative, the reason I say this is due to the fact that Metalert like Netherite has properties that make traversing it's home dimension easier, which would make it perfect for this. This would also motivate players to use specific armor sets in case scenarios rather than having one op set for everything, for instance if you wanted to travel through the Nether you would take Netherite (for lava protection) and possibly a gold piece (for piglin neutrality), while if you go to Skaro you would want to bring Metalert (for radiation resistance).
