Ages ago I got donator rank. I no longer have that rank on my account is there any way of fixing that?

I don't see a donator rank in your swd profile inventory and also no badge. Do you have another account on the website? If you click on your profile picture you should also see a option "orders". check if you see a payment history of donator there. If you also don't see something there, it is best to send a e-mail to support@swdteam.com

Do you know the date your purchased the rank? If you do you can also put this in the e-mail. This makes it easier for 1WTC.
