Ik its 1.12 but I started to play it again and I would like to know why BOTI is not working on v64 cuz I enabled both "Toggle BOTI - SOTI" and "Render BOTI" options!

Are you trying on a server?

If so then it will need to be configured on the server.

There are a few TARDISes that don't use BOTI. 

Can you send any screenshots? Did you save the changes.
