Why should you be pardoned early:

I found the server yesterday evening, I had to go to work late at night so I grinded up as much as I could and I let my brother play while I was gone (Mind you he is in the fourth grade) He doesn't know right from wrong and he's a pain in the butt to deal with sometimes, So I just let him play on my consoles so he shuts up.  Anyway I came back this morning to check on my artron energy stuff so I could make my new tardis, Anyway I was confronted by Wheezebob and he told me I stole a block from his throne at spawn and of course I fought back because well I didn't :L He assumed I was lying of course and so I threw him the armor I grinded for and he killed me then proceeded to ban me.  Please look through my chests, I just made diamond blocks and 2 iron blocks, I read the rules as soon as I came into the game, I would never steal, The players have been so friendly in trying to help me make my own tardis it saddens me to see me being banned.

I'm Sorry for whatever block was stolen and I will grind to get you a new one,
Please believe that I didn't take it, I'm not trying to guilt trip anyone into believe me, I'm just saying what I believe happened.
