and when I join Dmu Hub world it says "java.net.connectException: Connection refused: no further information:" and I keep trying to get in over and over again... also DMU survival doesn't accept the latest Dalek mod update so please fix that.

Welcome to the forums. I recommend placing those last two issues in the bug report section.

If that is a question the reason that the servers are down atm is because we are waiting for a patch to  come out for U48 to fix alot of bugs + there were problems with the tardis and caused problems with the servers.

With there being bugs will you be doing a complete Reset of the Server to see if that Fixes some of the Issues with the Server (Up48) 

Server has already been reset, but U48 made the server buggy with tardises and other stuff.

 I have noticed that Update 48 is Buggy in Single Player too.. it sometimes Crashes the Game…

Yeah the developers are aware. They are currently making a patch for U48.
