I doubt it will actually happen in the movie, but that trailer really wants us to think Ray is going to join Kylo.

So, do we think that they're going to go even more with the now-non-cannon comics and say Ray is Kylo's sister? After all, it would explain the fact that they both have the same insane level of power, how Ray so easily read Kylo's mind, and why Luke is so scared of her.

Personally, I don't think that they're brother and sister. Why would Han and Leia abandon Rey on Jakku and continue raising Kylo/Ben? What I would love is if Rey was somehow related to Palpatine; that would explain her insane force abilities as well.

There's still the possibility that Ray is Obi-wan's daughter, however I think this might not be the case because from the trailer it seems like Luke might be comparing Ray to Darth Vader and therefore she could possibly actually be Kylo's sister because of the fact Leia is Anakin's daughter and she might have transferred the force to Ray like she did Kylo and that's why they're so strong with the force.

I hope it's about the Old Republic, maybe even the  origins of the Darksaber (probably not, but a guy can dream).
