What you were doing prior to the ban: sleeping in fact... i wasn’t connected while I was I banned and I hadn’t been for 9 hours!

Why should you be unbanned : I did not grief anything, because i wasn't connected. I played for 3 hours on the server (I only arrived yesterday), read the rules, and respected them. Thanks.

I will leave this to Ford, but I would just like to say, for the appeal when it says "what were you doing prior to the ban" it doesn't mean at the exact moment.

It means last time you were ONLINE on the servers before you were banned

I wasn’t doing anything, I had actually just acquired my TARDIS! Could someone please unban me? I haven’t broken the rules! Where is the proof?

By the looks of things though you have a 24h ban which expires tomorrow 

He's out at the moment however he says he has proof of a grief and will post them as soon as he gets home

Thank you for your time. I only wish to return on this server, I discovered it yesterday and love it! It’s so frustrating to be unfairly banned like this. I have played on sooooo many servers through the years and I have never been banned...

You were banned for griefing quite heavily. While I don't have photographic proof as I had forgotten to, I do have the logs of what happened.

With all due respect Bi we tend to pardon those who make well thought out arguements for their bans and have track records that don't show other offenses in them.

As an objective viewer in your past (one day) I have seen sassy attitude towards staff, which while not against the rules per say doesn't help the case. And beyond just that cursing st an admin for asking you a question. 

With that being said I just wanted them on record for Ford's decision on your appeal and wish you the best of luck here.

I know what this is ; as I was farming to collect credits for my TARDIS purchase I found abandoned blocks in what looked like an old house, so I took a few, but they belonged to no one… and I certainly did not destroy anything that anyone was using! Do I really deserve a 24hrs ban? I was only getting resources…

I’m sorry AcediaJC, I am French and didn’t realise that “What the fuck are you saying” (in a private message may I add, as you were pretending to be a player and accusing me of having Xray) was very rude

 The blocks still belonged to some one, no matter who "abandoned" the house looks, its some one else's. So this is not a good reason, how ever the choice is still up to Ford

So because I was pretending to be a player you can curse at them?

Also in sny language it is rude to curse at someone.

You're staying banned for the duration that was put in place yesterday. If any events occur in the future you will be punished further. Breaking blocks in a home, no matter how old you think it is, is strictly against the rules.

Please learn from this. Locking since it's been decided upon.
