Exeterior and interior  Peter Capaldi's Toyota Tardis. Of the dalek mod's tardises.. None of them. I dont like them that well.

From the show its the Glitch interior which is my favourite and TT capsule from hellbent as exterior xD 

My favorites have got to be either the console room from the Five Doctors or the Toyota Console, specifically  the Capaldi version.

I liked David Tennent's interior and Matt Smith's Copper interior

I prefer the copper interior. Although David Tennent is my all-time favorite doctor.
