How do you know it’s him? 

Like Trav said, how do you know it was that player with no evidence of said player doing it or block logs. Staff members do not ban players with out proof, which is why when a staff member sees the grief they will check block logs to find out who is responsible.

 Just beacause you found a private chest in HIS tardis is still not proof, he could of been bridge to, if you hop on now I can check block logd

apparently other staff been busy tellingg you off for putting a possible culprit without definite evidence instead of asking for actual important information to go on and settle this like they should

               If I may, I think this is a setup. I see dirt at the end of the bridge, witch leads me to believe the bridge came from the accusers tardis. This is because the builder most likely use the better material first, and then the lesser material after. It seems like a logical belief to me, but its just a theory. If you have already found the culprit, then you can ignore all that I said.
