Buying The Beta Access Getting Nothing Not Even A Beta Rank

Can you tell me when you purchased beta? I can't find and purchases from you in our transaction logs. If you could provide me with a transaction id, date etc then I can help.

i need help, i have bought beta rank but still cant get on to the beta server OR CANT DO BETA STUFF

 Here are 2 things that might solve your problem:

1:

• Click on your profile picture in the top right corner.
• Click on account settings.
• Click on Minecraft username.
• Type in your minecraft username.

2: 

• Start up minecraft.
• Click on play.
• When Minecraft loaded in click in the top right corner in the main menu on login or account.
• If you not logged in yet then log in. If you are already logged in log out and log in again.

Make sure you are using the correct Dalek Mod version.
