i was playing on the dalek mod server public a guy T0ASTERB0I something said he found a tardis that was open i wanted to see it so i tpa to him. then we looked around we found a sign. that said {this place was griefed so duh]  indecating the owner left that tardis and was therefore propery of no one now T0ASTERB0I said he was going to report me for griefing. but he did not understand that it was not griefing. it was just taking the remains of something that was from no one and my game Crashed. when i tryed to tell him that it was not griefing.   then i WAS BANNED for 3 days by  { SubPai }.     pls will u remove that warning and the ban i got. 

Hi! I saw the sign, it just said that this place got griefed, but not that all, it could be also another guy and not the Owner. That means, you took Items, without permissions from the Owner,  clearly Permissions. You also placed some of the Items in a Chest, that's okay, but not even every Item. You've still the Key, the Beacon, and the Hartnell Rotor. This were from my side, wait for a real Staff response.

Yeah, even if a sign says “this place was griefed so duh” there is no reason that you should get involved in the grief. Frankly I am not even sure why you went in to a tardis that was not yours to begin with....

But I will ignore that for a moment and come back to it later. I don’t quite understand why you are appealing this because you haven’t given me any reason to pardon you.... Someone griefed ruining this players tardis, sure and they were banned for it.

Essentially you came in and further made the situation worse by griefing as well, did you not? .

it was abandoned it was not griefing it does not involve propery of someone. it was nobodys and therefore it is just like breaking blocks in the wilderness.

and i want to be unbanned because i was mistaken for griefing and thiefing while it wasn't.

but that is up to you. and if i don't get unbanned its fine. i know your trying to prevent bad things to have on your server. just like how the doctor always tries to prevent bad things from happening in the universe no matter what time and what place. and he's always there when you need him.

It was still griefing. It STILL belongs to the user and you did not have that users permission to break the blocks. That is the ruling unless someone physically said “I dont want this anymore, you richard are allowed to beeak this.”

The punishment will be upheld and your inventory will be cleared to brand new upon unban.

Did the owner tell you it was abandoned though?

 Not from what I’ve seen or heard. The only interaction between the two parties were through that sign.
