What were you doing last on the server: Since it was about a year ago, I don't remember. I think I was doing some stuff in some kind of court thing.

Why you think you should be pardoned early (Please keep this factual. We understand you are sorry that you got banned so please stick with the facts):

About a year ago I got banned for spamming Daleks on the beta server (And crashing the server). I'm sorry, I didn't think it through and I'd never do it again. Thanks for taking your time to read this.

Sorry about the late response, we have had taken some time to consider whether or not to keep your ban permanent or perhaps lift it.
