When I *try* to join the DMU public server I keep getting this message ( Server Mod Rejections: The Dalek Mod: Requires version (Update 47 13.47.0.6) but client has (Update 48.0)

                                                                  I am using The Technic Launcher and I have had this problem for about 4 months

You have to download the latest version of U47 which you can get here. The reason the DMU servers are on U47 is because U48 is not compatible with the DMU servers atm.
