Yes and no, theres a bit of a catch...
Does it work? Yes! but its a bit odd
Both mods run together fine from what i've tested. BUT, a tardis cannot travel to any Galacticraft planets on its own. If you want to do this, you will have to build a galacticraft rocket, and get a tardis key, Then fly the rocket to your planet of choice, and call the tardis there with the key. From that point you can set a waypoint in your tardis using the monitor and you can now travel back to that planet whenever you feel like!
