Right now for clarification, the staff member 'Bob' is no longer staff, so while you would hope Bob would unban you for whatever reason, it would have a different staff member, meaning the staff would have a discussion whether to unban you or not.

Although, while more people may hinder or boost your chance of a successful appeal, there is a BIG problem.

Nobody can actually prove either:

A) You have uninstalled the client.

B) You won't eventually go back to the client and stay playing legit.

or C) You have already started breaking rules, whats to say you won't break others?

 I Have Deleted The Hack And Didint Use Hacks Since Last Year When I Got Banned On This ServerThat Are The Only Clients I Have

And I Had To Reinstall My Minecraft

That still doesn't prove you removed it. You could have just moved the file somewhere else and put it back after making the picture (and no don't go make pictures of every folder on your computer.)

 How Schould I Prove I Have No Hacks?

Since the staff member who banned you has left the staff team, I will take this appeal.

Getting a fly hacking mod to fly and find wood isn't a good idea, you could've just use the random teleport command instead of getting hacks.
it will be hard to believe that you deleted the hacks. And I'm pretty sure you didn't even read the rules in the first place.
This appeal shall be denied.
You may try to make another appeal in the next few months.
