So I’m aware there was a server wipe and I’ve lost my Tardis but can I get the chameleon cartridges back I paid from the DMU store ?

All DMU store purchases were recredited upon reset. Just pop on the server and type /accept-items if it says you don't have any let me know and I'll add another for you
