How can I make the Dalek entity model changed, like from the normal one to say, the steampunk one, the "DalekID" thing doesn't seem to work.

The Dalek Id is now spelled dalek_id. The id of a steampunk dalek is 39. If you need help finding any data tags such as this in the future, I recommend summoning the mob and running the entitydata command on it (/entitydata @e[r=2] {} standing next to the mob); your chat will display the mob's data structure will all it's data tags and how they're spelt.

It's in the dalek mod's decorations tab; I don't believe there is a way to obtain it in survival mode at present.
