Ive just tried to log on , and apparently ive been perm banned for using an alt this is not true info because this is my only account i dont get why i have been perm banned

ban reason : alt accouunt (not true)

duration : forever

So you say you're not an alt. Our information says otherwise, and you came online a day after your main, Cobster_Lobster was banned. Therefore we will not be unbanning you

Im not cobster_lobster , this is my main account and my name is marley , i dont get why i have been banned

Our information shows you and cobster play on the same IP, therefore it is an alt

hes my younger brother , he asked to play on my account and i let him but i didnt know what he was up to 

al have a word with him when he gets back if i would have known he was banned i wouldnt have let him

im so sorry for this and i will tell him not to do it again so can you please un ban this account please
