I bought DMU rank VIP+ and I activated it a week ago, It hasn't turned up in MC. I have tried restarting MC and signing in and out of my account in the menu but I'm still not VIP+. I emailed support last week and I've sent another just now but I wanted to post a thread in case anyone had any solutions.

BTW my MC username is linked up with my SWD account
