Maybe add the "cyber converter".

I am unsure how it would work but I think it would be interesting. 

May I enlighten if I may, the cybermen could take away the villagers to the cyber converter and convert them into cybermen.

Why not Have then have a Chance to Only Partly Convert a Villager Making the Cyber-Villager

Here is one of my brothers ideas, why not have the planet Alfaver Matraxis as a spawning point for the weeping angels. This could be implemented into update 59, as, the weeping angels are in the game but we have never seen one spawn. On the planet you could find the wreck of the Byzantium at a fixed coordinate. If this got put in I think my brother would have a fit.
