Hi! I'm Encfa17! On the DMU Public Server, I found a house underground, when I entered, I saw a sign saying anyone could own this house if they want to, stating it was a Hobbit-like style house. Since you said it was available for anybody who wanted to stay and that it was unocupied, I thought you wouldn't mind if I'd redecorate it to look more like a Hobbit house. I've been working on it for a few hours and now it's a cozy place and a cool house for a person to live in.

NOTE THAT I DO NOT OWN THE HOUSE NOW, I JUST REDECORATED IT AND IMPROVED FOR SOMEONE WHO WANTS TO MOVE IN THERE.

I don't remember seeing your username in the player list when I am online, so I don't know if you still play on the Public Server or if you just connect in a different time of the day, but I just wanted to tell you what I did.

If you don't like what I have done with the place, message me when we're both connected or respond to this post and I'd be happy to help you fix whatever you want me to fix.

I had no bad intention whatsoever, I really just wanted to improve an available house.
