As said by the title, the suggestion is to reset the worlds for the End and the Nether so they can have fresh End Cities and Nether fortresses for the newer players because since the last End reset, it is very unlikely to find an unlooted end city and or nether fortress.

Feel free to leave comments below but I don't see why there shouldn't be a reset, I believe it's been quite a while since the prior End reset. 

Pros 

- Give others a chance to get the End City loot and Nether Fortress loot

- None I can think of, feel free to list them

Cons

- People may have cool buildings in the Nether and End what they may not want to have to rebuild because of a whole world reset.

They already reseted the end about 4ish months ago, maybe less I can't remember, and with the nether maybe, but then people who may have blaze farms (Which I have) would have to rebuild them, and personally I don't see a good reason to reset the end. Because you can find the same loot in other dungeon type structures
