Description: If your friend have a bracelet of transmat you can   using  this  for materialization your friend or beside materialization (without the introduction of coordinates).... (VERY  VERY FAST !!!!!!!!!!)

Any other information: I think nice idea.... If your friend lost in a darkness your materializate him or materializating beside him very fast... 

If you have this circuit your tardis summon by key his very fast materialization...
