Hello, recently I have bought the beta DMU item on your store, I went to apply the rank when I was told to add my minecraft username to my account, I then followed the instructions to pair them in DMU public only to receive the error: ‘This account is already linked with another’

I have never had any other accounts, and I would greatly appreciate any help.
