The server is still down since the crash over half an hour ago. I think a manual restart is needed.

 Don't want to sound rude but the majority of the time people "force" admins to force-summon their tardis is because there is a really bad glitch where the tardis actually demats and then the doors and the demat lever stop working, the tardis glitches out saying u cant leave and doesn't actually land and they are forced to tpa to someone or /warp somewhere to try their key, and if that doesn't work then the only other option is for an admin to summon it for them, for example yesterday i knew my tardis wouldn't be there because this happens all the time but you still refused to help me and said that i have to buy the panel and walk to the location and like i thought my tardis wasn't there and i couldn't ask staff to help because you told me that they weren't aloud to summon tardises anymore (and Matt told me that staff are inclined to summon your tardis if you ever lose it and cannot retrieve it)

and by the way i am not saying that everyone who asks to summon a tardis has had it glitched out as some people are completely lazy but the majority of people have and it is incredibly unfair for them

I am working on rewriting part of the Tardis system in U47 to hopefully fix some of these issues.

[Solved] The server has been down for a while now, over 15 minutes. Could it be restarted?

 It's still giving me the 'Internal Exception: io.netty.handler.timeout.ReadTimeoutException' error when I log in so I think it's still down. I'm sure it will be restarted again soon :)

well its been nearly 2 hours now

One post is all it takes to alert staff members that the server is down. Not a consistent stream of them. 
Please listen... Staff have lives too and have work, school, responsibilities, girlfriends, boyfriends, families, hobbies, friends etc. While we try our best to be around when needed there are definitely going to be times when we are not. With all due respect we are not here to serve you at your beck and call. We have staff members working away much of the day sorting through code trying to figure out the exact cause of these crashes at this time and there for you will just have to wait until we can find out what the issue is unless you are sure you could fix it yourself. If so be my guest go in to the code and attempt to figure out what is causing the crashes.|

So my closing statement for you is that I am am Sorry that the server crashed and you HAD to wait a whole 2 hours. But (and I am saying this as nicely as I can.)

A) Patiently wait for a staff member who is able to restart the server to restart the server.
B) Learn coding and assist us in fixing the issue.
C) Get a hobby, other servers, television, anything that can keep you busy and do that during our down time.
D) Or finally stop complaining and sit quietly and patiently as we work on the server.

Just to let you know, the server has been down for an hour

I am aware that the server has crashed. This was done on purpose so we could patch the bug once and for all.
