i lost my Tardis on the public server, how to get back or delete, i cant find anywhere, I searched for about three hours

You should have binded a key mate. Shift right click with a key on your TARDIS. You'll get a confirmation message once done succesfully.
On the server, you can ask a staff member to summon your tardis
