As you can see the background is pure black. 

I think it's either fast render what I don't think it is because before when I used it the title screen actually functioned.

Or It's because I'm using a mod called performant whats only supposed to make it so minecraft can handle 999 entites better. 

The layers gone. Also I know the title screen is a fully 3d space and not just a 2d thing. So maybe for some reason my minecraft didn't load correctly?

Try disabling fast render see if that helps
