Ever since the Microsoft migration, I've lost basically everything.. I am still unable to reobtain my old gamertag (Johnathon759,) so I am thus unable to get anything back.. was wondering what I could even do.. as I cant even get one of my ranks back due to it having never been added to my profile here..

I've removed the name linked on your account for you. You should now be able to relink a new minecraft account to your SWDTeam account
