First of all, that is appalling spelling and grammar, which makes this very hard to understand what you are saying but from what I gather you were building a town, you let your brother play for a while and then when you came back you were banned? Not sure, but I think your ban will continue until the previously set time as your account was used to grief someone's building, whether it was actually you or not (as there is no proof it was not you).

Also can you not put caps on every single word next time please? Oh and also there is an edit post button you can use, you do not need to post twice before anyone replies...

i can vouch for tardis, he was in my town (the town he is vice mayor of) if he griefed anything, then it is fine,  it is his town too, we have people in creative who can help fix it

My god, this english. If you want to be unbanned, at least make it understandable, I have no idea what you are trying to say here. Maybe if you thought about it instead of blathering on, it may help.

If you written a nice, polite ban appeal maybe we can make your ban shorter, otherwise it will stay as it is, 48 hours. If you continue to write in this manner, (" Ple4ase Un Ban Me") we can extend your ban if necessary. Sorry if this is sounding harsh, but you need to improve yourself.

 how long does a Ban last ?? - I was banned 2 months ago

Parking at spawn : I left my Tardis on Skaro that's where I was on the server before my laptop died and I when i tried to log back in to the server it said I was banned - The only thing I can think of that would have made my tardis be at spawn is my companion put it there (my Tardis permissions is set to Companion)
