What were you doing last on the server: I Killed WYLDDOG twice while he was battling some players with an OP admin item at the nether warp he broke my max enchanted netherite armour with an admin item then gave me plain netherite armour and gave me 2 or 3 XP levels and i was told to get the enchants back using them

Why you think you should be pardoned early (Please keep this factual. We understand you are sorry that you got banned so please stick with the facts):I think i should be pardoned early because I didn't actually do anything wrong I only killed a player twice while he killed 2 players including me 4+ times. Also theres a problem It says count 3 Which was because on DMU Beta 1.12 a player was banning people with command block things. Really though for killing a player twice and getting my armour destroyed by the way when i say destroyed i mean the item completely gone. I don't think I can live without being on DMU lol cause I literaly do that all day soon as i come in I instantly go on DMU unless its full if it is i just wait for a space to get in a do what i can DMU makes my day it give me something to do in the day instead of sitting there doing nothing I can build things give things mine diamonds buy things sell things.

After Staff having reviewed your appeal we are going to deny it and you will the serve the ban time of 1 month.
Continuously over the past days/weeks multiple reports have been handed in of you causing issues on the server. With many verbal and physical warnings you still continued to create these issues on the server, therefore this is the reason why you appeal has been denied.
I do understand that WYLD broke your armour but many of you were pestering him to 1v1 on the server and it was just a simple mistake. I did offer to try fix the armour with proof but you were unable to provide me any.
