What was the user doing prior to this: Prototyping an Auton XP farm and went to my house in my experiments world when I heard explosions from within the house. (At least when I first encountered it)

Location of bug [E.g. Servers]: Inside my house, on both floors. They also spawned within the prototyped plant farm, even though it's well lit and covered.

Status: 

Description: Daleks keep spawning inside my house. The Daleks in question do not appear to have broken in, as the front and back doors are (sometimes) intact, and Daleks will also spawn on the second floor. The second floor is accessible via ladders  in the hallway inside the house, but the Daleks on the second floor appear within the rooms. Even in my separate survival world, this still occurs, which makes it much more difficult.

What it affects in-game: When in survival, it becomes extremely difficult as not only do you need to handle potential Dalek attacks from the outside but also Daleks attacking from the inside of your home.

If your on a singleplayer, daleks do spawn ALOT. this might be the reason why they're inside.

Yes, but it does appear that they are spawning inside the house. I can just leave the house and not go far and start hearing explosions from the second floor, with the first floor being intact. I then go up the ladder to see Daleks blowing up the doors on the second floor even though they did not enter from the first floor and the trap doors for the roof are closed.

As you can see, I'm repairing some damage to the house and then I go deal with some Daleks. But moments after, before I can deal with a Dalek that spawned in my bee dome, I hear explosions in my house. Turns out two Daleks spawned on the second floor, with no visible method of entry (the ladder leads to a closed trapdoor, which is intact, and the first floor doors are still intact).
