Item: Bigger on the inside Chests

Details: It's a chest that's bigger on the inside, and thus has more storage space.

Crafting:Time Vector Generator rod + 1 chest

Purpose: Allows a player to store more stuff in one place using a convenient feature of the whoniverse

Implementation:

1. Version A: By making a wider and taller chest GUI with more slots
2. Version B: By coding something similar to the creative mode inventory. The creative inventory has different tabs which each take the user to a different page. The team can perhaps code a chest to have more than one inventory page, with tabs able to go between the different pages
3. Version C: The chest could link to a room in another dimension and perhaps also have a dimensional window (a ladder or stairs could be used to climb back up). The room will come pre-generated with Privated chests (the privating would only really work on DMU, but eitherway) and perhaps could be lined with bedrock or barrier blocks around the outside.
