What it does:
Inspired by the series 3 story " Daleks in manhatten " exclusively nether daleks will have a passive relationship with normal pigmen and even command groups of them to attack the player and other nether mobs - however as zombie pigmen aren't smart enough to be given orders they have no use and daleks will exterminate them on the spot.  After the dalek(s) leading the group of pigmen have been slain as long as the player is wearing gold the pigmen will revert back to neutral relations with the player

How it benefits:
This could be used to make nether daleks a threatening varient in their own right rather than just being another dalek skin acting as a commanding type dalek that forces you to clear out a hoard of enemies before you can get to it or must be wiped out first and foremost - this helps the daleks scale with the game's natural difficulty curve as the nether is a lot more unforgiving than the overworld

Why it would be cool: The main reason i'd like to see this is added is just that it's small little change that pays homage to a dalek story in series 3 and given that pigmen similar to the ones in the episode already exist I thought it would be neat.
