what were you doing last on the server: The last time I was on the server I was helping out a player with mining out a large area for one of their big projects. I don't not remember his name fully, I apologise for that but I remember he had ( green emeralds ) in his name. He's always announcing for help on his project so you can't miss him. You may ask him what I was doing today and the day before that for evidence.

Why do you think you should be pardoned early (Please keep things factual. We understand you are sorry that you got banned so please stick with the facts

Hello my name is Ace and I am player on the dalek mod universe server. I have been recently banned and I would like to go over why I believe I should be forgiven for my mistakes.

First I'd like to talk about why I believe I was banned, I believe this to be because I put a bunch of glass around someone's build near spawn, I know it follows under the category of greifing but I found it to be harmless enough to be seen as what it was. A simple joke.

I clearly made it out to be a simple and easy to get rid of joke. But it seems that I went to far somehow. I apologise for this of course,  but I find it funny that this person that I "griefed" takes offence to me doing so, when they have also in a sense "griefed" me once before. There is a giant letter E in their base of which used to be on top of my little cobblestone shack next to this person's base. But now it no longer is there. But is in fact inside his base. I didn't report this of course because I seen this as a minor annoyance and more importantly a joke. so I seen nothing wrong with it. But it seems that this person can't take what they dish out to others.

To be honest I find the whole situation ridiculous but I still take full responsibility for my actions. I merely ask for you to consider  my point of view of this situation. Being a simple prank on someone who in a sense stole from me a very long time ago.

I appreciate you taking the time to read all of this, but I had to get the full truth of the situation out there. I didn't want to sound as If I was complaining, I merely want for this situation to be cleared up.

I hope you take in the fact that for all my time on the dalek mod server I have never caused any complaints from any other players, I have not caused any drama on the server. In fact I prefer helping random players on the server of which is evidenced by what I have  been doing with (emeralds) for the past 3 days.

I thank you so much for taking the time to read this and if this situation does get cleared up or even if it doesn't. I would appreciate if you give me the players name of which reported me so i may apologise profusely whenever I may see them again.

Hi there, the person you "griefed" isn't who you're thinking of. You griefed a staff build and took rare blocks. Unfortunately I'm going to have to deny this ban appeal as you knew you was griefing and therefore knew you were breaking the rules. You'll have to wait for the ban to expire.
