When I posted my Model & animation thread, I posted an image of my old plant console (image below)

1WTC then said:  "I love that plant console as well, that would have fit perfectly with the new plant like interior we just added!"

The problem was that I deleted that Plant console due to a massive cleanup of my computer. so I had to remodel one from scratch. Taken me a few days, but I am proud to present: THE NEW PLANT CONSOLE

PLEASE NOTE: this is a suggestion for a modelled console that belongs in the tree console room that will appear in build 43. Its made with the correct color scheme and the console room in mind.

"TARDISes are grown, not built" With the next update, we have seen a Tree Console room & a tree chameleon circuit preset. I decided to make a new console *for* this room as massive, block built consoles look chunky, and the real consoles are not 5 metres wide.

How do you suggest we implement it:

SWDJ, as SWDJ's are just OBJ's and texture files

How does the player obtain it:

Spawns in console room

Why should this be implemented:

because block built consoles look ugly IMO [plsnobutthurt], and modelled consoles end up looking really nice.

Hope ya enjoy! If and when this gets added, I'll certainly be using it as my console!

Please note: The ground plane doesnt really exist in the final model but the leaves and roots will. They even out and sit on the floor as if the tree has shed leaves & the console is grown into the ground.

Ok, now for my thoughs about this console: It's nice, i do like it but i think you could have avoided the comment "block built consoles look ugly" I don't blame you for not knowing but there are some block built console going in the mod and i think you should have some respect for said console and their builders. With that being said, i hope your models make it into the mod!

 Upon reflection, it probably wont. With the ugly thing, I didnt mean it as an insult and I meant the placeholders (like the one that was standing in for the tree console room) without any custom modelled controls. A few people were offended on skype and spoke to me about it, realised I now have no chance of any of my stuff making it into the mod but whatever.

 That's not what i said. Your console still can be implemented(and i hope it will be)but there will be some block built consoles(with modelled controls)and how you said that "block built consoles are ugly" came off as rude, that's all.

This console looks "absolutely fantastic" I hope it gets added soon.
