Though I haven't played the 1.16 version of the mod and I'm still using the 1.12 one I think being able to add the customs interiors made as a template if that is possible would be nice to be able to keep those interiors so they don't have to be remade and can still be used in different single player worlds.

 This works for the 1.16.5 version using datapacks, 1.12.2 is unsupported and therefore custom interiors wont be coming to 1.12.2
