Why was I banned - I used offensive symbols in my username

Why you think you should be pardoned early- 
A lot changes. As mentioned, its been over three years and I have matured, along side learning from my past mistakes. I would like the opportunity for appeal because I have learnt from these stupid mistakes. I'm older now and I believe I have changed for the better
