Why do you think you should be pardoned:

I tried to connect with xray mode, but it clearly told me that it is not allowed on the server. I then connected and went to mine in the tunnel as a normal player. I swear that I entered random coordinates in the tardis and mined in tunnels dug by someone else and when someone from the admin team watched it, it was obvious that the tunnels were mine. They really weren't. I really like playing on the server and I admire the mode. I swear that it will not happen again but I really didn't have xray. I really ask for an onban. I am 21 years old and I am a little old for this

The tunnels, which are extremely obvious x-ray tunnels, were yours. Block logs tell us that you were the one who mined them out. Additionally, joining the server 5 minutes prior with a x-ray mod installed and posting a screenshot with a folder named "DalekModxray" makes you even more suspicious. Denied, you will have to wait it out.
