i accidentally put on a xray pack i forgot i had. 

my pc is slow and i click xray instead of low shield.

i also got rid of the xray pack after i got put in adventure and died 

After reading your appeal, you will be unmarked and put back into survival mode. But just keep in mind that X-Raying is a serious offense and a bannable one. 

Once you come back online a staff member can put you back into survival mode.
