Please format the ban appeal and actually give good reasons on why you should be unbanned. I'll post a ban appeal from me for one of my friends as an example for you of how to format a good one in a few minutes.

you know what? nvm, im tired of trying to rejoin the server, im going to look for that other DW mod i found with a server.

 fine, i was going to keep this to myself, but everyone needs to make confessions sometimes, even the doctor. look, i want to rejoin back into the server because minecraft is one of the only things that can distract me from this shithole i call life. i'm suffering with MDD, Major Deppresive Disorder, google it. now, you're probably wondering, why do you play minecraft if you're suffering from this? well, i like Doctor Who as much as everyone here, and it is also one of the things that distract me from life, and life to me, is mostly meaningless, i take enjoyment from watching doctor who and other shows, playing games such as minecraft, hanging out, or playing with other people, and those are most of the things that distract me from my MDD (this would probably explain why i kept telling my venture of theft.). and i would like to actually keep it that way, but if you do not want me back on the server for what i did, and if you'd ask me why i kept raiding things, well one word.  There are many things I should say here that I am thinking that will not be. Instead I will keep this down to the bare statements that need to be said.

1) Use capital letters, punctuation correctly, etc. No one wants to read something that is not broken up correctly, is a huge long run on sentence and nonsense to read.
2) A disorder like this is no excuse for ANY of your actions. Having MDD is a serious thing and millions suffer from it, even more suffer from serious clinical depression as well and are still functioning members of society if you have MDD you need to seek help and get it from a trained therapist not from Minecraft. This will sound cold and hurtful but we are not your caretaker nor should we be, we are here to monitor the servers and keep them from running smoothly and when we see a player breaking the rules they get banned. If you truly have this disorder again please seek true medical help and if you do not then all help you for the karma backlash you will receive.
3) Watch your language. There is no need for cursing.
4) If you TRULY wanted to keep this a secret you wouldn't post it on a public forum that ANYONE in the world is able to read.
5) Do not post multiple .'s to get attention. We will get to your thread when we get to it, we are busy members of the world as well. 
6) You have provided no reason that we should unban you with logical evidence and in fact you have given us more reason to extend your ban and make it permanent as you clearly stated that you did this for attention. With that being said you will obviously want attention in the future so what is to say that you will not do this again?
Do you have any logical explanation for this / want to come clean about anything/ physical proof of any of what you have said?
7) All I will say on this topic is you do not understand how infuriated it makes me when people blame hacking, siblings, disorders (especially) the last one to try to get sympathy and get out of bans for things that they clearly have done.  State clear facts and no opinions, sob stories or emotional pitfalls. Guilt and shame do not work here. Hard logical facts do.
