I was caught for xraying I think all the way back in December. I take full responsibility for this and have learned since to not do it again. I don't know if I was banned then unbanned but not taken out of adventure mode (I can't interact with blocks i.e. breaking or placing) or if your new policies state that players caught xraying permanently receive adventure mode. Or maybe I hadn't been banned at all. I didn't log on for a little while, expecting to serve my punishment and wait out my ban. But the few times I have logged on, I haven't been banned and have still had adventure mode. If the aim is to keep xraying players in permanent adventure mode, I apologise for wasting your time. If not, I am willing to be banned for however long I should have been banned for xraying if it means I have served my time in the eyes of the server and so I can have the adventure mode effect taken away.
