What does this mean?

Basically you will be able to customise your Tardis more, make it stand out from others Tardises. You'll be able to do this by changing how it visually appears.

How will it work?

From the Tardis GUI you will be able to select the part of the Tardis you wish to paint and then from there you'll be able to select a color, and if it has an edit option for the selected piece you will be able to directly edit the texture.

This is great and all but what about Multiplayer Support?

Yes. It will be fully compatible with multiplayer. However a both the server and client will have an option to disable this and just return to the default look.

Which update is this for?

If all goes well it should be in Update 44!

We haven't even started work on update 44. We've only just finished update 43, at least let us have a bit of a break

will this be for both interior and exterior, and talking about the exterior were you going to add the shrek shack to the chameleon circuit

 i belive this will only effect the exterior 

 I do think that the interior should get some form of customization, like in gta you can change certain apartments but it doesn't effect the actual apartment layout but the theme. Plan B is to be able to change the interior from inside the tardis to already existing ones.

 I'm guessing it would be like the chalkboards but instead of there being a chalkboard a tardis will be there instead and there will be more options.

Suggestion for the suggestion. For the vanilla, can you have it have blocks could be preset from default textures? So, set the walls to wool, change the lamp to Beacon, change the door to oak?
