Reason: bought a hat and wanted the money back and still wanted the hat (?)

....Ummmm Okayyyy then.... Weirdest grief I've read about so far on here. WTF is he thinking!? Stampycat if you're reading this, it's like normal. You buy something, and if the shop offers refunds you can get your money back in a refund but then you don't have the item you bought. It's one or the other, hat or money not both.

I guess...? I could jail him??? He also griefed one of the houses on private, does he know that is one of the easiest things to fix?! Whose house is it?
