I recently had lost a zombie spawner in a grinder I created, I found the spawner and built a grinder under it. While I was afk apparently it was world edited away and when I came back it was gone. An admin (gatherer127) checked the block logs and nothing was there, so he said it had to be world edited. I kind o have picture proof of me having it.  The very last picture is of a zombie in the hallway of out little grinder base and he had just spawned because you can see the spawning particles, but not the spawner. (I was told autokillers are not allowed but I was wandering if I could get a spawner and not use it as an autokiller this spawner was legit

I also have some pictures of the grinder with rotten flesh and credits which, a lot of them. You can't really get a lot of rotten flesh without a spawner.  look at some of the pictures below, they show the grinder and stuff like that.
