Thread locked: Server is now online.

Good Evening Everyone,
I know you are all waiting, primed, ready to jump back on as soon as the server is back up.  I apologize for the bad news but the server is down for the night to the public access. Now before everyone is upset there is good reason for that.

Prior to today the news was that the tardis realm would be cleared and that was it. Well it was and During the downtime when the tardis dimension was cleared it was discovered that the tardis dimension was not the only problem. Spawn and spawn city was frankly a disaster zone. John and Myself began talking about the condition of spawn and the surrounding area. It was from that conversation The SWDteam+Staff have decided to close off the server for the night so that your lovely staff may have time to work, clean up and improve the quality of gaming for each member of the server one block at a time.

The server will return tomorrow morning UK time some time as soon as the work can be finished.
If anyone has any questions feel free to post them here and they will be answered asap.

so there has been a lot of lag in the past on the public server what are you planning to resolve that to make the gameplay smoother? Also what will be changed and look differently in the spawn and surrounding areas?

Clear the tardis dimension entirely was the plan
Cleared mobs 
Also spawn city will be changed and reorganized.

Honestly, this is a very seemingly serious question:

The TARDISes in Classic Minecraftia and Cave Game have been abandoned by their owners, will you clear those up too, since they could also be causing most of the Lag on the Server?

Yes. Already done. How ever I wouldn't consider them causing any huge amount of lag so it wouldn't be that big of a problem.

Update: To be honest with out the masses of players on the server the server hasn't lagged one bit.

 Okay. Because there was a time I was on it alone and I was lagging so badly I nearly crashed each step I took. I wound up having to stop then because of it.

Wondering the same here, I get back home, expecting for the server to be back up and missing my chance to get a TARDIS, but no, I still can. And how is LYLINX on?

Do you have any idea when the server will be back up, and is there anything I could help with?

We are working tirelessly at the moment and many of us building are running on 2-3 hours of sleep, myself weirdo Q etc to get this done as quickly as possible.

I apologize for the delay but there are HUGE changes in spawncity and alot in  the area around spawn.

I am happy to help ace, I have plenty of spare time

 DAMM, now that is commitment, make sure to get some rest afterwards.
