i am creating a Dr Who mod like the dalek mod but i need some help from people to finish it such as suggestions interiors and other things hopefully i can get help from John(1WTC) or someone to help with how things work if you have suggestions for my mod please post them.
If you are making a mod based of the Dalek Mod, you need to make sure that it doesn't use models/features inspired or copied from SWD's mod. It's best to keep a mod original to avoid conflicts with other mod authors.
Seeing as SWD already makes the Dalek Mod, they may not be able to help you immediately. I suggest finding the help of other users.

i dont steal(unless its from a village in single player)xD
Personally I don't know if giving credits is enough to the mod. I am not sure if john would like someone using things he made in their mod.
Wow, looks like we have a Nali 2.0 (although this time it's a 5yr. old, this'll be fun *grabs popcorn*)
*Grabs popcorn and waits for the action to start*
JK, giving credit is actually how you don't get Copyright strikes on YT. So why not ask john instead of saying you don't think he'd like it.

Giving credit is much more complicated then that so why don't you stop posting on random threads using YT logic because that obviously is the legal laws of the world. /Sarcasm.
You do realize that YouTube need to follow the Copyright act too.
I do but when making a mod that you are claiming to be yours you still need approval to add things to the mod that are not yours.
Yes. That's why I'm saying, "Ask John for permission and give credit where credit is due". It's that simple!!
That's not true AT ALL. You can give credit all you want but if its not royalty free (in the case of music) and you didn't pay for it then you can still get a strike.
In the case of someone else's video content, if you dont ask the creator its stealing. Doesn't matter if you credit them or not.
make sure to ask the BBC for copyright reasons
