So I've seen multiple people post pictures of their TARDIS interiors with these blocks that are supposed to look like the TARDIS grates that emit steam and I cant seem to find it and im really sad because i would love to enhance my TARDIS experience with that block. Does anyone know where i can find that block?

sorry but, as of right now, it's not in the mod but they will most likely readd it at a latter date, however, if you really want it then you can try the 1.7.10 version.

 Actually it is in 1.8, just not the creative inventory. And no, the floor grates have never been in 1.7.10

I'm pretty sure I know the screenshots you viewed. Those people are using another mod for those blocks and effects. Nothing was missing.

In the old versions of the dalek mod there was a floor block with grating textures.  But even then no smoke. That block has not yet been ported.

Ok so to get one (if you are SWDBae) since we dont have /give you will have to use world edit.
Just place a block -  Select it twice (right and left click) and do //set 489 then middleclick (scroll wheel) it to copy the block and there you go :D

 Did you not see what Arc said? The block is in Dalek Mod 1.8, you can get it using Flash's idea or if you don't have w/e, you can get it at the shop at spawn city
