i cant join the servers for some reason does any one have any ideas to fix this?

Could you give us more information please? What does your screen show after you try to join the servers? Does it crash?

it shows the ERROR message:  internal exception io.netty.handler.timeout.readtimeoutexception

Are you trying to acces the beta server? 

Beta has been down for about  a week now (I think....maybe...I don't really know) John will fix it when he get's off of holiday.
Public should still be online.

 I was about to say that you stole my job!!! 

Nevertheless, this thread may now be locked; information given. The 'time out' error is the one that shows when the server is offline.

oh thanks also hi nex :P XD thanks for the news but now my problem is what do i do i usually just hang around being depressed and miserable  i cant do that now
